Job Description
The candidate should have prior expeirence of handling facilities in multiple Residential (Group Housing) and commercial properties in Northern India. Will manage operations of Facilities at different locations from Corporate Office at New Delhi. Should be able to set up and manage teams at different locations including Recruitment, Training and Development etc. Should be able to implement systems for effective working and monitoring. Should have experience of payment collection from occupants of premises and greviance handling.
