Job Description

IT Infrastructure Management Responsibilities
Responsible for service delivery, customer satisfaction, additional business from customer
Lead a team of Around 25people
To ensure Availability of IT Infrastructure as per SLA with Business Units
To ensure SLA adherence for user support based on priorities
Vendor co-ordination for setup and maintenance of servers, network equipments and related services
Plan and implement Disaster Recovery procedures for database servers and networking equipment
Policy Management for antivirus, Internet access, systems backup, systems security and data security
Organize and control the administrative running of the team of IT professionals
Assigning and prioritizing work for the team and identify training needs for the team
Ensuring that staff has carried out all daily, weekly and monthly tasks
Handle new staffing requirements and recruitments at various levels including different skill sets

Set individual KRA's, evaluate performance, maintain discipline within the team

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate must have relevant experience in Project Management
Experience 4-5yrs
ITIL certification would be an added advantage
Graduation is must
Should have experience in man-management,maintaining SLA's,providing training to team to improve the technical skills
