Job description:

Not a programming position, more of a systems & machinery maintenance skilled person.
- Provide Software programming support and maintenance necessary to implement, test and document enhancements required on internal systems and programs. These systems collect, store and report various information for our GC column business operations.
- Maintain systems requiring support currently operating on various servers and share drives already in place within the Client intranet.
- Support report creation and distribution.
- Support Web interfaces to various MSAccess Databases.
- Support document system source code, changes and key operational processes.
- Track tool changes and enhancement requests, and provide revision control.
- Orchestrate and communicate system enhancements.
- Provide 1st line problem resolution support and analysis.
